Michael A. Qualls

Michael A. Qualls, Board Chairman, INSBANK
 

Mr. Qualls served as the original President and Chief Executive Officer of INSBANK and was named Chairman of the Board in 2007.  A native of Livingston, Tennessee, he has over 20 years experience in the banking industry.  He is active in the Tennessee Scenic River Association and is an instructor for the TSRA.  Mr. Qualls is President of InsBank Finance, the bank’s premium finance subsidiary company.

 James H. Rieniets, Jr.

Mr. Rieniets has been with INSBANK since its inception, first serving as its Chief Lending Officer.  He was named President in 2007 and in 2010 assumed the additional title of CEO.  Mr. Rieniets is active in the Tennessee Bankers Association having served on its Credit Committee. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Nashville, a board member of Affordable Housing Resources, a member of the University School of Nashville’s Finance Committee, and is a member of the St. Jude Classic’s Fundraising Sales Management Team.   Mr. Rieniets also serves as Chief Manager of the bank’s subsidiary, Finworth Mortgage, LLC.

David P. Crabtree, Brookside Properties, Inc.

Mr. Crabtree is the Executive Vice President and Principal Broker of Brookside Properties, Inc..  He is responsible for all aspects of Brookside’s commercial property portfolio, such as acquisitions, financing and development. He also oversees brokerage activities—including sales, leasing and property management—for the firm.  Mr. Crabtree is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he is a three-time past state director for Tennessee, and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSCM). 

Richard S. Hollis, Jr.

Mr. Hollis is the President of Hollis & Burns, Inc. Insurance and Risk Management in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Hollis is active in various community activities in Memphis and is currently serving as Vice-chairman of Agricenter International is a member of the Memphis Downtown Rotary Club and the Insurors of Memphis. Mr. Hollis served on the board of and is a past president of the Insurors of Tennessee. 

Tom H. Loventhal

Mr. Loventhal is President of The Loventhal Group, co-owner of Loventhal Insurance and Financial Services, and Managing General Partner of Noshville Delicatessen in Nashville, Tennessee. He is active in the community currently serving on the boards of Special Olympics of Tennessee, Montgomery Bell Academy, and the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere.  Mr. Loventhal served on the Board of both the Insurors of Nashville and the Insurors of Tennessee.  Mr. Loventhal is Chairman of InsCorp, the parent company of INSBANK. 

 C. Louis Patten, Jr.

Mr. Patten is Associate Partner of Cornerstone Insurance Group, Cleveland, Tennessee.  Mr. Patten is a former Tennessee State Senator representing the 9th Senatorial District. He is a board member and corporate secretary of Consumers Insurance Group and a member of the Cleveland-Bradley Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Patten is a former President of the Insurors of Tennessee. Mr. Patten is Secretary of InsCorp, the parent company of INSBANK.

Dennis W. Petty

Dennis W. Petty, CPA

Mr. Petty is in Certified Public Accountant with an accounting practice in Nashville, Tennessee.  Mr. Petty serves as Treasurer of InsCorp, the parent company of INSBANK.

Joel R. Sullivan, American Red Cross

Joel Sullivan is  the regional CEO of the American Red Cross.  He oversees nine chapters, 62 counties and more than 8,000 volunteers. He is also the owner and president of Sullivan Concepts which provides strategic guidance for companies.  Sullivan volunteers with many organizations in Nashville and is a co-creator and instructor of the Leadership Institute.

 Charles T. Tagman, Jr.

Mr. Tagman currently serves as Vice-Chairman of Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc., Orlando, Florida. Mr. Tagman founded Preferred Comp of Nashville, Tennessee, and has over 25-years of experience in risk management consulting.  He is a member of the American Management Association of Insurance Council and is a past president of the Institute of Risk Management Consultants. Mr. Tagman is President of InsCorp, the parent company of INSBANK.

 Philip R. Zanone, Jr.

Philip Zanone is President of Wunderlich Securities, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.  He has extensive experience in the brokerage industry.  He is active in various community activities in Memphis and serves on the boards of the Memphis College of Art, the Assisi Foundation and the Buckman Boys and Girls Club.   

 S. Norfleet Anthony, Jr.

Mr. Anthony served as a Director of INSBANK from 1999 until his retirement in 2011.  He is owner of S.N. Anthony, Inc., an insurance business in Ripley, Tennessee.   Mr. Anthony has an extensive background in the insurance and banking industry and is a past president of Insurors of Tennessee.

Maurice W. Pinson, Director Emeritus

Mr. Pinson was an organizing director of InsCorp and INSBANK.  He served on the Board from 1998 until his retirement in April 2013.  Mr. Pinson was Chairman of INSBANK Finance, the bank’s premium finance subsidiary company.  He is a partner in the Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg Insurance Agency and is owner and President of Transport Specialties, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee.   Mr. Pinson has been a long-time independent insurance agent in Nashville, Tennessee and is a past President of Insurors of Tennessee and Insurors of Nashville. 

William E. (Bill) Wallace, Director Emeritus
 

Mr. Wallace was an organizing director of InsCorp and INSBANK.  He served on the Board from 1998 until December 2012.  Mr. Wallace was the Vice Chairman of InsCorp, the parent company of INSBANK and the Secretary of INSBANK Finance.  Mr. Wallace is a past President of the Insurors of Tennessee and was twice named Insuror of the Year by that group.
